The HockeyTech Investment Fund seeks to invest in other hockey related businesses. We are typically seeking businesses that meet one or more of the following objectives:

expands the distribution of our current services
adds a new service to our existing distribution
allows us to obtain access to a new technology

These investments can be structured as full acquisitions, partial acquisitions or venture type deals.
