HockeyTech Announces Expanded USHL Partnership

New technologies include live scoring, statistics, and record keeping

hockey-tech_webWaterloo, Ontario (September 23, 2015) – HockeyTech, the worldwide leader in hockey-related technologies, analytics and information services, announced today the expansion of its relationship with the United States Hockey League (USHL), America’s only Tier 1 junior hockey league.

With this five year agreement beginning with this 2015-16 season, the USHL now uses HockeyTech’s integrated bundle of technology services to:

– stream all USHL games live online through FASTHockey.com
– score all USHL games in real-time
– manage all USHL statistics, league records, standings and reports
– provide USHL teams with the RinkNet platform to manage scouting and player information/evaluations
– administer the USHL draft
– develop a USHL Mobile app (iOS & Android) for teams, fans, media, players and families (available soon)

The USHL will be leveraging the HockeyTech ecosystem to track upcoming prospects and the ability to feed data upstream to NCAA and professional coaches and scouts. The RinkNet scouting and player information platform is a key component to the leagues player development initiatives.
